Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Omaha, NE (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months (Contract-to-hire)
Travel: Approximately 20% travel within Nebraska, Missouri, and Iowa
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale delivery and program management initiatives across operations, strategy, FinTech, healthcare, ERP, SaaS, modernization, and data governance programs.
- Drive AI-first and automation-focused transformation initiatives.
- Manage ERP-heavy environments with a strong emphasis on data management and governance.
- Partner with executive leadership, including the CEO, CIO, CFO, Vice Presidents, and Engineering leaders.
- Ensure successful execution of complex programs while aligning business and technology objectives.
- Champion Agile and DevSecOps practices within a pragmatic, results-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of Program/Delivery Management experience.
- Strong background managing data-intensive and ERP-related initiatives.
- Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise transformation programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Agile and SecOps experience preferred. Not Looking for Safe Methods
- Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
