Program SpecialistJoin our dynamic team as a Program Specialist! Based in Marshalltown, IA, the Program Specialist is responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and compliance with all required steps. While each project has an assigned Manager who oversees overall strategy and client communication, the Program Specialist focuses on operational details and works closely with the Project Manager as a collaborative team to achieve project success.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules in partnership with the Project ManagerMonitor timelines, deliverables, and project milestones to ensure on-time completionFacilitate internal cadence meetings to track progress and address risksProvide regular status updates to the Project Manager and stakeholdersPrepare and submit Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) as requiredTrack project requirements, documentation, and submittals for completeness and accuracyMonitor order progress and support change order processesIdentify and escalate issues early to minimize delaysSupport milestone-based billing processes accurately and on timeEngage manufacturing plants on deliverables and schedules, scheduling inspections and arranging final shipment of product.Who You Are:You lay out a thorough schedule and list steps for achieving objectives. You adjust communication to fit the audience and the message. You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.
