Assisting military providers with technical support for DoD/Military programs, the full-time remote Program Services Specialist will provide exemplary customer service, manage fee assistance applications, and maintain databases for child care providers. Key responsibilities: Serve as the principal liaison for providers requesting fee assistance, ensuring exceptional support in navigating program policies Conduct state child care licensing reviews and manage cases to complete provider reviews within established guidelines Educate military families and providers about early childhood development and maintain accurate client information in databases Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in early childhood development, education, social work, or psychology, or an associate's degree with relevant experience Proven experience providing customer service to diverse populations, with conflict resolution experience preferred Experience in social services, human services, or child development settings, including case management Familiarity with computerized database functions and proficiency in Microsoft Office products Background in early childhood education or the military, and fluency in Spanish are a plus
