CCS EARLY LEARNINGProgram Services Manager (Palmer Center): Assist in the effective management of child and family services.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Credential, Associate's Degree or Experience in Lieu of Degree in a Job Related Field Required
* Three Years of Experience in Early Childhood Development
* Experience Working with Families / Clients in a Supportive Role
* Ability to Set and Maintain Professional Boundaries with Families
* Knowledge of Community Resources and the Skills to Link Families to Them
* Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles and Family Dynamics
* Excellent Communication, Listening, and Observation Skills, Sensitivity to Individual and Cultural Diversity
* Must Possess Excellent Interpersonal Skills
* Capable of Self-Direction, Decision Making, and Working Independently with Minimal Supervision
* Knowledge of Community Resources and Services Relative to the Agency's Goals
* Ability to Work Cooperatively with Groups of Parents, Supporting Agencies, Staff Members, and Community Representatives
* Ability to Work Flexible Hours on Occasion
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Maintained Background CheckAnnual Physical/Health History Food Worker CardCurrent Alaska Drivers License and Auto Insurance
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Schedule: Full Time / Full Year (40 hrs/wk for 48 weeks)Salary: $24.75-$33.01 per hour DOE/E
