Program Quality Engineer (PQE)Join our team as a Program Quality Engineer (PQE) supporting the Advanced Technologies (AT) Strategic Business Unit. Program Quality drives customer, program, and business success by effectively synthesizing the support and results of all Quality and Mission Assurance (QMA) disciplines to ensure our customers receive quality products and services on time and on budget. Our PQE will partner with the Program Quality Lead and interfaces with program and functional partners, across the full product life cycle, including technical development, production/manufacturing, integration and test and sustainment, and ensures alignment with key industry standards and initiatives, including AS9100, AS9145 and APQP, to ensure that customer expectations and end-user objectives are satisfied.This is an Onsite role based in Massachusetts, likely Woburn or Tewksbury.What You Will Do :Serve as a key member of the program execution team, ensuring successful program performance by ensuring conforming products and services through effective collaboration and compliance to processes and procedures.Review and approve design artifacts and change requests to assess technical impact and quality.Review and approve subcontract statements of work to ensure alignment with program requirements.Assess technical risks of non-conformance utilizing critical thinking and analytical skills.Support and provide oversight for failure investigations and nonconformance reviews.Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners and customers to ensure alignment and ensure customer requirements are met.Drive compliance with the Raytheon Quality Management System while driving continuous improvement.Initiate and perform root cause analysis, facilitate corrective actions, and implement closed loop process controls to improve product/process predictability and capability.Implement Advanced Product Quality Planning in accordance with AS9145, as applicable.Qualification You Must Have :Typically requires Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and/or Operations.Working experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management Systems.Demonstrated experience in providing quality technical expertise to ensure effective design/development and/or manufacturing results.Experience with programs/contracts/efforts that have content in remote sites, particularly Site Quality experience to include support to material receipt, installation, integration test and selloff.Active and transferable Secret or higher U.S. government-issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
