Program Manager (Junior–Mid Level) | Long-Term Consulting | $1T Global Asset Manager | NYC A $1T+ global asset manager is looking for a sharp, self-directed Program Manager for a long-term, open-ended consulting role in Midtown Manhattan. You'll keep a team of project managers on track and give senior leaders a clear view of what's happening across the portfolio. You must have worked inside a large financial services company. We're looking for people with hands-on experience at a big bank, asset manager, insurer or other global financial firm. Run a weekly meeting with all project managers to review budgets, proposals, progress and risks. Write executive overviews for each project and present updates to senior management. Manage budgets and time tracking. Collect and analyze time tracking so every project stays within budget. Work with the global PMO to understand new compliance requirements and roll them out across projects. Run team operations. Keep the org chart current and manage onboarding for new joiners. Program or project management experience at a large financial services company Think ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or similar for reporting, analysis, presentations and automation. Confidence to work directly with senior leaders and to own your work without close supervision Excellent organization and communication, including building executive-ready presentations Knowledge of asset management or capital markets is a plus Full access to enterprise AI tools, and room to be creative with them Immediate start
