Program Project Delivery Specialist

To support effective project execution, the fully remote Program Project Delivery Specialist will manage schedules, coordinate cross-functional activities, and assist teams throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring projects remain organized and on track. Key responsibilities: Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables for on-time execution Maintain project trackers, documentation, and communication channels while monitoring progress across workstreams Support project managers with planning, status updates, and cross-team coordination to address risks and blockers Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of program/project coordination or project management experience Proficiency with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint Online Strong organizational skills to manage multiple high-priority tasks and deadlines Proactive problem solver with analytical and execution skills Experience in software implementation and driving continuous process improvement
