Job Title

Job Overview: Pay Range: $27.36hr - $32.36hr

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect activities.
  • Manage scheduling systems, documentation, and workflow tracking.
  • Communicate with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor regulatory timelines (e.g., CPUC) to ensure compliance.
  • Prioritize backlog and ensure adherence to established MPU procedures.
  • Gather, document, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making.
  • Support program and project activities through coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in developing specifications and documentation for programs and processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports as required.
  • Support database management and reporting functions.
Required Skills And Experience
  • 0–3 years of experience in an analytical, administrative, or coordination role.
  • Experience working with database programs and spreadsheet software.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
  • Basic understanding of programming concepts and ability to read, write, and test code.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, or operations functions.
  • Familiarity with report generation and database structures.
Education
  • Associate’s degree in a related field required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
