Program/Mission Support AnalystZantech is looking for a talented Program/Mission Support Analyst to contribute to the success of our upcoming Program Management and Cyber Support Services project for an Onsite role based out of Arlington, VA.The Program/Mission Support Analyst will play a crucial role in providing:Program Management SupportStakeholder Engagement (support functions)Performance management and reportingKnowledge management and SharePoint administrationBudget/PPBE supportMeeting coordination and action item trackingThe Program/Mission Support Analyst serves as a versatile contributor across multiple task areas, providing critical analytical and operational support for program management, stakeholder engagement, and mission execution functions. This position bridges administrative excellence with cybersecurity mission understanding, supporting the development of standard operating procedures, strategic planning, performance tracking, stakeholder coordination, and budget/resource management.Impact: Enables smooth operational workflows and data-driven decision-making across mission areas.Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:Assist in development and maintenance of standard operating procedures, work instructions, policies, and documentationHelp streamline operational processes ensuring internal and external communications are managed smoothlySupport meeting coordination including scheduling and follow-upsPrepare detailed meeting agendas, document action items, and leverage task management systemsFollow up on completion of action items and tasks to ensure efficient executionHelp create and refine goals and objectives based on authoritative internal and external requirementsImplement performance management tools and metrics to track progress of key initiativesDevelop key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with strategic goalsConduct regular performance reviews to ensure the project meets programmatic and operational objectivesCompile weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports outlining status of ongoing projectsDocument potential risks and propose mitigations in reportingSupport participation in DHS/CISA Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processEnsure resources requested match valid mission requirementsTrack resource expenditure and utilization against planned strategyDevelop and maintain collaboration environments such as Microsoft SharePointEnsure SharePoint acts as central hub for document management, process workflows, and communicationEnsure tools are effectively utilized by staff for document sharing and task trackingWork with federal staff to unify recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and workforce development effortsAssist in development and implementation of strategies for integrating liaisons from partner agenciesProvide support to Executive SecretariatAssist with event coordination and continuous improvement processesMay support stakeholder engagement activities including meeting preparation and communication materialsRequired Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:Experience in program management or administrative support rolesExperience with performance metrics and reportingExperience with SharePoint and collaboration platform managementSkills Required:Understanding of federal government program management practicesKnowledge of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processesUnderstanding of JCDC mission and cybersecurity collaboration conceptsProficiency with Microsoft SharePoint for knowledge managementExperience with task management systemsStrong organizational and project coordination skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis) preferredExperience with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira) helpfulRequired Education/Certifications:Education Required: None specifiedEducation Preferred:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Cybersecurity, or related fieldCertifications Required: None specifiedCertifications Preferred:Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPMLean Six Sigma Green Belt or Yellow BeltMicrosoft SharePoint certificationRequired Security Clearance:US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements.Outstanding Performance…Always!Our corporate motto represents our commitment to build long-term relationships with both our clients and our employees by providing the highest quality service in everything we do.
