Managing marketing requests and project workflows, the full-time Program Marketing Manager will serve as the primary contact for marketing initiatives across Teacher Prep and Professional Education, ensuring timely execution of materials and campaigns in a flexible remote environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for marketing requests, translating stakeholder needs into actionable plans Manage the end-to-end workflow of marketing projects, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery Coordinate the planning and production of marketing materials for events and conferences, including logistics and collateral management Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role within a multi-stakeholder organization Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, HubSpot) and process system maintenance Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders while adapting to changing priorities Experience in setting clear expectations and communicating effectively regarding project tradeoffs and timelines Familiarity with the K-12 education landscape or teacher preparation pipeline is strongly preferred
