Job Title10+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 5 years in leading large-scale transformation programs.Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP), Oracle EBS, and JD Edwards (JDE).Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ implementation and integration.Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations, middleware, and data synchronization across platforms.Solid experience in Agile Project Management, including working with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks.Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce) is a strong advantage.Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive consensus.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist) preferred.
