Sr. Program ManagerThe Sr. Program Manager will be the right hand to the CISO and execute/drive cybersecurity programs.
This is not managing technology. Do not send me people who are implementing cybersecurity tools. This person will be managing cyber programs.
This person will need to have strong communication skills to present the status of the programs and at times represent the CISO.Key Responsibilities:Execute and drive the CISO's strategy for cyber and resilience programs (ex. Cyber Resilience, IAM/Governance, Cyber Risk…)Drive organizational change to implement advanced security frameworks and resilience practicesLead cross-functional teams to modernize cyber programs and processesEstablish metrics and governance to measure transformation progressCollaborate with executive leadership to align cyber transformation with business objectivesOversee budget planning and resource allocation for transformation initiativesManage relationships with key technology partners and service providersRequired Qualifications:10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk management, or related fields5+ years in leadership roles managing large-scale transformation programsStrong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.)Proven track record of successful organizational change managementBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fieldPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or related fieldIndustry certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC)Experience in financial services or regulated industryKnowledge of emerging technologies (cloud security, AI/ML, zero trust)Background in agile methodology and digital transformationSkills:Strategic planning and executionExecutive-level communication and presentationTeam leadership and talent developmentProject and program managementStakeholder management and influenceRisk assessment and mitigationBudget management
