Fellowship Training Program Project ManagerThis temporary position will be responsible for creating and launching a new Fellowship Training program, which will allow 6 selected Fellows to participate in an inter-agency training program between Public Health and a local jurisdiction to facilitate communication, collaboration and support to local government agencies. The Project Manager will create necessary processes, systems and documents to ensure a successful launch of the program by August 1, 2022. The Project Manager will create a Project Plan for the design of the program through program launch, and also create a Guidebook for successful operation of the Fellowship program itself so that it can be sustained over time.Specific Project Activities and Deliverables:Conduct market research and define best practices,Assess current state of the projectCreate and manage the project scheduleWork with SMEs and stakeholders to identify program must-haves and risksCreate and maintain an action board with assigned tasksDefine participant roles & expectationsCreate a process of evaluation for bi-annual review of the fellows, and performance of the programEnsure that deliverables are on track and of high quality.Skills Required:Excellent Communication SkillsMicrosoft Suites including TeamsAbility to switch gears as neededSkills Preferred:Strong excel skillsExperience Required:5 years of like kind experience with PMEducation Required:College degreeEducation Preferred:Masters degreeAdditional Information: Hybrid work - to be discussed.
