Program ManagerThe IDIQ Program Manager is expected to be able to:Develop and deliver weekly status reports and monthly In-Progress Reviews (IPRs).Prepare and maintain a repository of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and program documentation.Implement and maintain knowledge management systems, ensuring up-to-date documentation and user resources.Deliver data visualization and analytics reports to DIA leadership, highlighting performance trends and actionable insights.Conduct wellness visits for VIP support and ensure readiness for special events or high-profile missions.Manage security compliance, including remediation of vulnerabilities and spillage incidents.Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to address technical security safeguards and ensure system integrity.Maintain visibility and accountability for all government-furnished equipment (GFE) and IT assets.Provide direction and guidance to a multidisciplinary team, including service desk personnel, IT engineers, IT architects, and data analysts, among others.Facilitate staff training and ensure proficiency in tools and processes.Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure seamless service delivery.Participate in and lead teaming negotiationsFacilitate solution developmentEngage with potential customers to determine hot buttons, determine key stakeholdersSteering/Persuading customer towards TekSynapProposal writing, reviews, pricingLead Transition activities upon award including kickoff meetings, contracts/subcontracts, staffing, financial setup, security processingProgram execution including the successful delivery of services and products while managing the performance, cost and scheduleEnsure program deliverables are submitted in a timely manner and are of high qualityMaximize organic growth within the programDevelop and motivate employeesUnderstand the Intelligence CommunityRequired Qualifications:Experience: Eight (8) to ten (10) years' experience as a program managerDemonstrate ability for oral and written communication, preferred this ability with the highest levels of management.Knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Information Management operations, and with ITSM best practicesOrganic growth on programsTask order capture and executionCertifications: PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)Education: Bachelors in an IT-related fieldClearance: Must possess a TS/SCI clearance with CI PolyOverviewWe are seeking an IDIQ Program Manager to join our team supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency's S&T mission on the Data Science Operations Requirements Exploitation and Engineering (DORE3).
