Project ManagementDevelop project plans for technical initiatives related to lifecycle management. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively for project implementation. Oversee the execution of project tasks and milestones, resolving any conflicts or issues that arise. Manage and prioritize work orders via Azure DevOps tool, as per FTE direction. Lead multiple projects scoped to be delivered within the fiscal year. Proactively detect and remediate project risks and opportunities.
Maintain project artifacts in various corporate tools. Tracks equipment order and delivery status from installation to close-out in GSRs, reported weekly. Maintain clear and well-structured business requirements/documents. Analyze process opportunities and propose continuous improvement during review discussions.
