Contribute to program development, design, and implementation.

Supervise all aspects of program operations, formulate budget, and define the scope of work.Primary duty consists of hiring, firing, promoting, training, evaluating and/or directing the work of designated staffProvide direct supervision of project staff including personnel administration, work assignments, recruitment and hiring, evaluations, disciplinary action and training activitiesProvide oversight of administration and implementation of project work plan and budgetsSchedule and facilitate regular staff meetingsAttend clinic meetings as requiredResponsible for budget tracking/fiscal accounting and assuring that program expenses are allowable within contract termsResponsible for recommending and generating budget revisions and justificationsResponsible for internal and external program reporting, such as progress and final reportsOversee completion of program objectives and makes changes in scope as needed or appropriateResponsible for oversight, development of programs, implementation and completion of evaluation processPrepare training curriculum and provides on-going training for project staff, clinic staff, and program participants as requiredIn coordination with Clinic public relations staff, develop press releases and promotional material as neededParticipant of grant writing team, with ability to work independently on assigned sections of the proposalReport any unusual occurrences or incidents to supervisor and clinic administrationQualificationsMinimumBachelor's degree in public health or related fieldExperience managing grants and knowledge/interest/experience in outreach and migrant healthValid California driver's license, current vehicle insurance and reliable transportationBilingual English/SpanishPreferredBachelor's degree with minimum two years' related experience or Master's degree in Public Health or related fieldRequired Skills/Knowledge/AbilitiesKnowledge of available local community resources and government, community health centers, public assistance programs and state/federal regulationsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as requiredProficient in MS Office programs, spreadsheet, desktop publishing programs and business e-mail communication systemsPay Range $69,000-$73,000
