Program Manager, SeniorThe Pharmacy Finance Support team supports Pharmacy Strategy and Operations in managing impacts to the Pharmacy portfolio budget, ensuring proper approvals, and validating invoices from strategic vendors prior to payment. The Program Manager, Senior will report to the Manager of Pharmacy Finance Support. In this role, you will lead internal meetings; partner with Pharmacy and other cross-functional leaders and subject matter experts to review the work requests, assign priority, and identify items with associated costs; track internal and external billable work requests, credit and performance guarantee payments; and validate invoices from strategic vendors in accordance with company policies and procedures. We are looking for leaders that are energized by creative and critical thinking, building and sustaining high-performing teams, getting results the right way, and fostering continuous learning.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Direct small-scale, complex programs/projects that may involve multiple internal and external stakeholdersManage the development and implementation of process of company's projects involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on delivery of new or existing internal/external programs and/or productsDevelop the program, integrated program plan, resource plan, contingency plan, and related project management artifactsValidate financial forecasts and provide on-going reconciliation of resources and other related program expendituresDefine and track program milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery planCreate, implement, and maintain a process to review, approve, and track internal and/or external billable work requests impacting the Pharmacy portfolioLead weekly calls with BSC Pharmacy leadership to review new, current, and future projects and initiatives; identify efforts that require funding; provide project updates; capture next steps; prioritize monthly work; and communicate decisions to key stakeholdersOwn and manage the vendor credit tracking log and credit request/submission processServe as a backup for the financial reconciliation process for Pharmacy Funding and/or Pharmacy Service Provider Administrative Invoice Payment ValidationPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsIn this role, you will need:A bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAt least 5 years of prior relevant experienceHealth Plan and Pharmacy Operations experience preferredExperience standing up new processes as well as training team members and stakeholders on the new processDemonstrated leadership, project management, and executive level reporting experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills that exhibit a solution-oriented approachIntermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; SharePoint; and Lucid preferredHybridThis role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility.
