Job Summar
yWe are seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager – PM O to support its global CRM transformation from Veeva CRM to Salesforc e within the International Customer Excellence (ICEx) organization. This business-facing Program Management role will drive cross-functional coordination, stakeholder engagement, change management, governance, and project execution across global affiliates. The ideal candidate has a strong background managing enterprise transformation programs in highly matrixed environments and excels in executive communication and organizational change

- .Experience managing cross-functional and international stakeholders
- .Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- .Ability to create executive presentations, facilitate workshops, and coordinate project execution
Preferred Skill
- sExperience supporting CRM implementations or Salesforce transformatio n programs
- .Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry experience
- .Exposure to change management methodologies and global commercial organizations
- .PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification preferred
