This role requires expertise in company-wide procedures, standards, and expectations, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and business growth.In addition to managing project teams, the Program Manager plays a vital role in supporting and advancing product development, business systems optimization, and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional collaboration, streamlining project workflows, and identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement.This position demands strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to navigate complex engineering and manufacturing projects while ensuring alignment with company goals. The Program Manager fosters team development, provides mentorship, and maintains effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.Roles and responsibilities include:Allocate and manage Project Manager resources, balancing workload efficiency and developmentLead temporary cross-functional project teams for key programs and oversee customer managementConduct risk assessments, enforce project management tools, and improve operational processesManage high-level project planning, utilizing departmental tools for scheduling and executionAssist in developing and improving company products, processes, and proceduresMentor Project Managers, conduct performance reviews, and guide professional growthProvide sales support and ensure customer satisfaction through relationship managementDemonstrate professionalism under pressure, managing deadlines efficientlyMaintain cooperative behavior, fostering collaboration with teams and leadershipUphold punctuality and reliable attendance, recognizing both as essential to job performancePerform additional responsibilities as required to support organizational successBasic qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering-related fieldMinimum of 4 years of industry experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, inquisitive, and intuitive approach to challengesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise messagingExceptional project management abilities, demonstrated through a proven track record of successfully managing and executing projects to meet deadlinesStrong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levelsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities with efficient and effective time managementHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with experience presenting to executives, managing customer relations, and negotiating contractsDue to our ITAR and EAR regulations, applicants must be a US Citizen or of Legal Permanent Resident Status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a) (3).This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). Janicki will assist with gaining this access once employed. Special Access Program or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position and requires candidate agreed to enter a Continuous Evaluation program.Preferred qualifications include:Master's degree preferredDetailed wage information:Wage range for this role is between $115,000 - $150,000 plus a discretionary bonus, 401(k) matching, vacation, and health benefits. Employees can also receive additional pay for off-shifts, off-site work, and access pay. The range provided is Janicki's estimate of the base compensation for this role.
