Program ManagerRegal Technology Partners is a vertically integrated aerospace and defense manufacturing platform, purpose-built for the programs that demand precision, reliability, and compliance rigor. We design and manufacture mission-critical electronic communication systems for prime contractors, Tier 1 suppliers, and government customers operating in the most regulated corners of the defense industrial base.The Program Manager role is responsible for leading and coordinating multiple complex projects within a program, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined objectives. This position plays a critical role in aligning project goals with organizational strategy, managing cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.

The Program Manager oversees project timelines, resources, and deliverables to drive program success and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgetsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project successIdentify and mitigate project risksCommunicate project status and progress to stakeholdersEnsure that project deliverables meet quality standardsManage project scope and change requestsLead project meetings and facilitate decision-makingMentor and coach junior program managersEliminate products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problemsStay up to date with industry trends and best practices in quality assuranceQualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)3+ years of experience in program or project managementExperienced using MS Excel, Word, Power Point and Project. ERP experience is a PlusPMP certification is a plusPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Ability to use standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, or reach.May need to lift or move items up to 15 pounds.Ability to travel occasionally to attend meetings, site visits, or conferences, if required.Visual acuity to read and prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.Regal Technology Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
