Program ManagerSan Diego, CA 92109OverviewSalary Range $151,612.00 - $261,787.00 Salary Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Education Level 4 Year Degree Travel Percentage Up to 25% Category GovernmentDescriptionThis position provides senior-level program and project management support to the customer, who oversees cyberspace defense, information operations, and battlespace awareness capabilities across the Fleet. The Program Manager supports the planning, direction, integration, and execution of major technical and acquisition efforts aligned to the customer's mission. This role includes shaping long and short term strategies, developing key program documentation, monitoring cost and schedule performance, and ensuring alignment with acquisition and cyber readiness objectives.This contract is pending award.Must be a U.S.

Citizen.Must have an active Top Secret w/SCI eligibility.Responsibilities:Lead planning, direction, and execution of program activities in alignment with mission prioritiesDevelop and manage long and short range program plans, including cost, schedule, risk, and performance baselinesDefine technical approaches and coordinate with Navy and DOW stakeholders to secure program resourcesEstablish and track program milestones; oversee budget execution and cost controlsPrepare senior level briefings, acquisition documents, and program status reportsCoordinate across government, industry, and technical teams to ensure program objectives are metSupport compliance with DOW acquisition policy, cyber readiness standards, and program process requirementsIdentify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely communication of issuesQualificationsRequired Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of professional experience in program or project managementBachelor's degree in a technical or managerial disciplineDemonstrated ability to manage complex, multi year programs involving technical, financial, and operational componentsStrong communication skills, ability to prepare and deliver high level documentation and briefingsExperience managing schedules, budgets, and cross functional project teamsAbility to operate effectively in a high tempo, classified DOW environmentPreferred Qualifications:Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)Minimum 5 years of direct program management experience with the U.S. Navy or comparable DoD acquisition agenciesExperience supporting cyber, information warfare, or C4I program offices
