Program Manager, Rural Health TransformationCTC-RI is seeking a Program Manager to support implementation of Rhode Island's Rural Health Transformation Program. This role leads project planning, provider engagement, stakeholder coordination, reporting activities, and implementation support for initiatives designed to improve healthcare access, strengthen primary care, and advance healthcare transformation in rural communities.Key responsibilities include leading implementation of assigned program initiatives, developing project plans and implementation timelines, coordinating provider participation and stakeholder engagement, facilitating meetings, workgroups, and collaborative activities, monitoring program performance and reporting requirements, supporting technical assistance and quality improvement efforts, and coordinating contractors, consultants, and external partners.Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree, five years of healthcare project or program management experience, and strong project management and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include public health, healthcare transformation, or quality improvement experience, and experience working with healthcare providers or healthcare systems.Help lead one of Rhode Island's most significant healthcare transformation initiatives and support improvements in healthcare access and outcomes for rural communities.
