This role assumes ownership of Services financial performance, delivery execution, and client outcomes across one or more accounts. This position operates as a senior leader across assigned accounts, driving profitability, forecasting accuracy, delivery excellence, and long-term client partnership success.
The role partners closely with Sales, Delivery, and Customer stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and execution.Own Services P&L for strategic accounts, driving revenue, cost control, and margin performanceDevelop accurate forecasts and proactively manage financial risks across portfolioLead execution of multi-year strategic account plans and growth strategiesIdentify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to client objectivesBuild and maintain senior client relationships; serve as primary escalation pointLead and participate in client-facing QBRs and account reviewsOversee program and project delivery to ensure on-time, on-budget, in-scope executionEstablish governance frameworks, including risk, issue, and dependency managementPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Legal on execution and contractsDrive service improvement, operational efficiency, and customer experience enhancementsManage program execution, including scheduling, reporting, financial tracking, and closureProvide leadership and oversight to program/project managers and cross-functional teamsUnderstand and articulate NWN service offerings and capabilitiesRepresent NWN with customers, partners, and internal stakeholdersEnsure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and delivery frameworksQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent experience Required10+ years of IT project / program management experience RequiredExperience managing large-scale or strategic customer engagementsExperience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levelsSubject matter expertise in project and program management best practices (PMBOK-based)Strong financial acumen, including portfolio forecasting and margin managementExperience managing complex programs and multi-project portfoliosAbility to drive business outcomes through delivery execution and client engagementExperience working across Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Legal functionsStrong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across multiple accountsExperience mentoring and leading Program Managers or PMO team membersCurrent PMP Certification PreferredRequires occasional travel.After hours support of scheduled after hours client implementation activities.At NWN, we provide a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being in and out of work.
