Program ManagerAlbany Engineered Composites (AEC) is one of the most technically advanced designers and manufacturers of lightweight composite aerospace structures, subassemblies and components. Significant investment in infrastructure and automation ensures AEC is positioned to maximize that value, offering the right processes to meet our customer's needs.As our Program Manager you'll be reporting to our Director of Program Management and have the opportunity to support programs from inception through completion, while communicating effectively with internal customers and functional organizations.Primary Responsibilities :Provide leadership and direction to the program teamManage the performance of program functions - contract, finance, engineering, quality, supply chain, and operationsIdentify and assess risk and opportunities with appropriate mitigating and capitalizing actionsEnsure that the programs/projects are on schedule to the program milestonesManage budgets and update weekly, monthly, quarterly performance reviewsPresent status and overall financial and schedule performance to internal customersForecast financial performance and staffing needsSupport contract negotiations, endorse final price/contract terms and resolve contract issuesManage customer satisfactionSpecial projects and miscellaneous duties, as needed or assignedWorking Conditions:Office environment, moderate to quiet noise and not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
Ability to work 24/7 schedule as business situations require.
