Program Manager

Location: Hybrid in Aurora, CO - onsite a few times per month

Duration: 6 month contract with extensions and conversion opportunities

Pay Range: $60-70/hr

Must Haves:

• 7+ years of working experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager
• Experience working with SaaS Application Implementations
• Experience with Website Development/ Content Editing projects preferred
• Experience working on large-scale organizational projects involving change to policies, systems, processes, and/or data
• Knowledge of working with Statements of Work, RFPs, Contracts, and Procurement
• Experience working in a high-touch customer engagement and change management environment

Job Description

A Higher Education Client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for leading and managing a Web Content Services team currently navigating staff transitions, including onboarding new team members and ensuring continuity of operations. The individual will support and further advance ongoing process improvements across the team, with a strong focus on enhancing customer service and engagement, optimizing demand management, and maintaining effective operations review and daily work coordination. Ultimately, this role will own the overall success, performance, and delivery of the service. In addition, this position will play a critical role in organizing and managing enterprise applications used across the School of Medicine, driving improved governance, licensing management, and centralized solution development to maximize overall outcomes and return on investment. This may include overseeing system implementation projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, as well as contributing to product roadmap development, platform management, and vendor management efforts. Key technologies within this scope include Smartsheet, OnBase, Anaplan, and other enterprise-wide applications.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual with excellent problem-solving skills. This is a primarily remote role, but flexibility to go on-site a couple times a month in Aurora, Colorado is preferred.
