Program Manager Regulatory StandardsResponsible for managing a culture of compliance in alignment with the NIAHO standards, ISO clauses and CMS regulations within the assigned outpatient locations &/or acute care facility. The position includes developing a partnership with the Dyads and Directors by managing compliance with regulatory requirements in conjunction with assigned facilitys objectives and goals. The primary responsibilities inherent within this role include: Consultant with the administration, departmental leaders and employees on regulatory standards; Management of a continuous state regulatory readiness; Serves as a content expert on NIAHO standards, ISO clauses or working knowledge of quality and regulatory standards.Educational RequirementsDegree/Diploma Obtained Program of Study Required/ Preferred and/or Bachelor'sPreferredAdditional RequirementsGraduate of an accredited health related program. BS or BA degree preferred.Experience RequirementsMinimum Years Required Area of Experience Required/ Preferred and/or 5 YearsClinical NursingRequiredAdditional RequirementsOther licensed healthcare professionals with an Associates Degree or higher and a minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
Experienced in project management and facilitating change.
