Program Manager, PLMLocation: Fremont, CA (Hybrid/Onsite)We are seeking a Senior Program Manager, PLM to lead the strategic direction and execution of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain within the ERP ecosystem. This role will own the PLM roadmap and ensure cross-functional alignment across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and IT.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage the PLM/ERP roadmap aligned with business prioritiesEstablish governance frameworks including intake, prioritization, and decision forumsLead cross-functional stakeholder alignment and decision-makingManage demand intake, triage, and prioritization of PLM initiativesCoordinate execution across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and IT teamsOversee requirements definition, impact assessments, dependencies, and risk managementEnsure release readiness, change management, and stakeholder communicationDrive operational efficiency by reducing rework and improving delivery predictabilityQualifications:8+ years of program or project management experience in enterprise systems (PLM/ERP preferred)Experience leading complex cross-functional programsStrong understanding of PLM systems and ERP integrationsAbility to influence stakeholders across multiple organizationsStrong decision-making, risk management, and prioritization skillsWhy This Role Matters:This role ensures clear roadmap ownership, reduced operational risk, and improved delivery predictability.
