Program ManagerThe Program Manager will oversee the administration and performance of a complex maintenance data environment supporting inactive operational equipment assets. This includes ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and operational readiness of maintenance databases and systems handling thousands of equipment units and associated support infrastructure. This individual will provide leadership across maintenance operations, supervise contractor personnel, and ensure compliance with established Government maintenance directives, policies, and reporting standards.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish, manage, and maintain Planned Maintenance System (PMS), Maintenance Data System (MDS), and Inactive Equipment Maintenance (IEM) programs in accordance with Government directivesOversee maintenance databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with prescribed standardsPrepare and submit weekly status reports, 13-week reports, and force revision reportsIdentify recurring maintenance program issues and implement corrective actions and process improvementsDocument lessons learned and best practices and communicate them to stakeholdersMaintain coordination with subject matter experts and stakeholders across commandsAttend and contribute to maintenance meetings, ensuring timely follow-up on work requests and issuesSupervise and direct contractor maintenance personnel and ensure program execution aligns with operational goalsSkills, Knowledge & ExpertiseStrong expertise in maintenance data systems, asset lifecycle management, and program oversightAdvanced proficiency in technical documentation, manuals, and engineering drawingsWorking knowledge of maintenance directives, procedures, and compliance standardsHigh-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and communication toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including identifying deviations and implementing corrective actionsEffective written and verbal communication skills in a professional environmentAbout TeleSolv ConsultingSince its establishment in 2000, TeleSolv Consulting has been committed to helping organizations solve complex problems.
