The result is a government workforce that is exponentially more creative and productive.Responsibilities:Responsible for the overall planning, staffing, successful execution and continuous improvement of all tasks under this effort.Provide overall leadership, management, direction, and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned.Responsible for the quality and efficiency of the program to include continuous qualified staffing, expert technical delivery, contract administration, and financial performance.As the Government's primary POC, you must be readily available to respond to questions, concerns, and comments.Assess, decide, and remediate any issue in response to Government issues, concerns, questions, and comments.Gain and maintain proactive open channels of communication with Government stakeholders and contract task managers.Oversees program budget and schedules; will direct staffHas primary responsibility for program growth; may be responsible for marketing new technology or follow-on business acquisition; responsible for P&LMay be responsible for business development within current customer base and/or for new customersExercises a high level of independent judgment and initiative in solving highly complex problemsIdentifies and engages in frequent contacts with potential customersWill frequently travel to customer and company locationsAnalyzes and assesses government/commercial marketplaces and maintains up-to-date knowledge of client plans, programs, and fundingReviews Request for Proposals and makes recommendations to managementDevelops and directs growth programsWill determine and analyze the requirements for growth and will develop, when appropriate, a growth program for top management approvalsOversees and develops strategic planning strategyAdvises management on how to position company to bid and win proposalsMay assist the Business Development group in the proposal development processPerforms related duties as assignedQualifications:Possesses a current Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMI/PMP) certification.A minimum of 10-15 years of management experience with a program similar in dollar value, size, scope, and complexity to the requirements of this effort.A BS/BA in Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
