Job TitleExperience you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance, or Engineering with 10+ years of experience in business systems and analytics. Minimum of 8+ years experience in accounting operations with strong process knowledge on Record to Report (R2R). 5+ years of extensive Accounting Mgmt experience in strategizing & implementing tools like Netsuite to handle accounting regulation changes like ASC606.
Xactly commission expense accounting (CEA) experience will be a plus. Netsuite experience is required. Extensive cross-functional knowledge in enterprise business processes both in breadth & depth spanning across Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C) & Revenue and Account to Report/Forecast.
Hands-on experience in leading SaaS / Cloud solutions such as NetSuite, Xactly, Blackline, etc.
