Program Manager (Oracle Fusion)Location: Bay Area, CA (Hybrid)Job Type: ContractJob Description:This Senior Program Manager role will be acting as the client project manager responsible for overseeing the progress of a third-party implementation team and engaging and managing all client project resources, monitoring and resolving client risks, assessing client go live readiness, reporting progress to client project sponsor and steering committee.Responsibilities:Drive success of the project from start to finishPartner with third party implementation project manager to maintain committed deliverables and timelinesManage, review and prioritize customer project tasks to meet committed deliverables and timelineCollect, assess and drive mitigation plan definition and execution for any project risks and issuesParticipate in creation of and approve project plans as requiredParticipate in weekly status calls with third party vendorProvide status and progress reviews to the executive teamPrepare UAT testing plan and schedule and monitor UAT progressPrepare go live readiness assessment from client perspectiveJointly drive cutover activities with implementation PMReview and gain approval for requested project artifacts (Design documents, SIT test evidence, etc.)Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information technology, computer science, engineering, business or related coursesAt least 18 years of direct experience in Project Management and Program Leadership with proven record of successPMI-PMP, PMI-PgMP, or PRINCE2 certificationCSM or SAFe certification a plusProsci, CCMP, or similar qualification a plusAble to collaborate with client stakeholders, including business analysts, business users, architects, client relations, project managers, sponsors and C level executive teamsSkilled in project progress and metrics reporting for project teams through executivesAble to use various project management methodologies, including agile and waterfallExperienced in balancing critical issue resolution and competing prioritiesLead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.Demonstrates the ability to drive a collaborative and transparent working environment.Proactively manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on project objectives.Expertise in developing detailed program/project execution plan and managing all implementation processes including budget management, resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints, and quickly establish yourself as a go-to leader within IT.
