Program Manager
• Lead specific IT projects that span print platform and facility operations
• Silo teams – enforcing collaborative thinking and execute
• Tracking status, deliverables, etc
• Define/coordinate testing – input files, print cycle, facility operations (print job
mgmt., inventory mgmt., etc)
• Navigate ambiguity and force actions
• Strategic – engage with solutions and participate in the definition
• Dot connector – bring clarity through visuals so broad conversations can take place
• Execution – build timeline across silo teams and provide the timeline to the program
timeline to align on dependencies and critical path
• Tolerance for change – enforcing the teams to do things differently can be
exhausting
