Program ManagerThe Program Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver customer programs across the full product lifecycle, including design, development, New Product Introduction (NPI), mass production, sustaining, and end-of-life (EOL). This role serves as the primary customer interface and is accountable for program execution, schedule adherence, cost management, and overall customer satisfaction in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary customer interface throughout the design, development, manufacturing, and service phases of NPI programs, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and contractual commitmentsEstablish, manage, and ensure compliance with customer agreements, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and service levelsLead and coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance) to ensure on-time, high-quality program deliveryFormulate, organize, and manage interdependent projects across multiple functions and sitesDevelop, maintain, and communicate detailed program schedules, milestones, and deliverables; track progress and drive accountability to timelinesEstimate and track overall program timing, resources, and dependenciesPrepare and support RFQ (Request for Quotation) responses, including timeline, cost inputs, and feasibility assessmentsDevelop competitive and profitable cost models in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholdersMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery, cost, quality, and yield to assess program health and drive corrective actionsIdentify risks and implement mitigation plans related to schedule, cost, supply chain, and productionLead regular cross-functional program reviews and project status meetings to ensure alignment, transparency, and issue resolutionWork with customers and internal teams to resolve conflicts, escalations, and product-related issuesSecure required capacity, materials, and manpower to support customer demand and volume requirementsEnsure global supply chain readiness and lead resolution of internal site or external supplier disruptionsOversee Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and manage change control processes to ensure proper implementation and communicationApply structured change, risk, and resource management methodologies throughout the program lifecycleDevelop and control program budgets, timelines, and resource allocationLead, mentor, and evaluate project managers and supporting team members, as applicableDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, cost performance, and product qualityPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)2-3 years of program/project management experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, or related industryStrong knowledge of NPI processes, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing operationsExperience working with global customers and cross-functional teamsProven ability to manage complex programs, multiple priorities, and tight deadlinesPreferred SkillsFamiliarity with RFQ processes, cost modeling, and contract managementStrong understanding of supply chain, capacity planning, and production rampExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsPMP or equivalent certification is a plusBilingual in Mandarin and English is highly preferred.Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000 Exempt Status Foxconn Assembly, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
