Program ManagerThe Program Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional battery, energy storage, and vehicle electrification programs from concept through validated, world-class volume production launch. This role serves as the central coordinator between engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, business development, and executive leadership to ensure that both product and manufacturing processes are developed, validated, and launched on time, within budget, and in accordance with customer, automotive quality, regulatory, and business requirements.The Program Manager drives program execution, manages risks and opportunities, tracks key milestones, and provides clear communication to stakeholders while supporting ONE's mission to develop and manufacture innovative battery technologies and energy storage solutions.Essential Duties:Program LeadershipCross Functional CoordinationRisk and Issue ManagementFinancial and Business ManagementProduct Development and Launch SupportExecutive ReportingContinuous ImprovementQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Program Management, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related fieldMaster's degree and/or PMP Certification is a plus5+ years of program or project management experience in automotive, battery manufacturing, energy storage, advanced manufacturing, or related industriesExperience managing cross-functional technical development programsExperience with new product introduction (NPI), product launch, or manufacturing scale-up activities preferredFamiliarity with APQP, stage-gate product development, or similar program management methodologies preferredStrong leadership and organizational skillsExcellent project planning and execution capabilitiesExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to influence teams without direct authorityStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with project management software and reporting toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.Ability to frequently communicate with employees, customers, and suppliers in person, by phone, and electronically.Ability to occasionally walk through manufacturing, laboratory, and development environments.Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% as required.Work Environment:Primarily office and engineering development environmentRegular interaction with manufacturing, testing, and laboratory operationsOccasional exposure to production equipment, battery systems, chemicals, and industrial environments requiring appropriate PPEFast-paced, dynamic environment supporting advanced battery technology development and commercializationReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.An individual must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.Our Next Energy Inc.
