Job Summary:
SharkNinja, a global product design and technology company offering home care products and kitchen appliances, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee the New Product Development process for the Ninja Brand, ensuring successful product launches with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Own, facilitate, and manage cross-functional stakeholder interactions to bring products to market, including risk management and scheduling.
- Collaborate with teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies that maximize sales.
- Deliver all program elements from product ideation to end-of-life.
- Use KPIs and data analytics to inform decision-making across teams.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and track progress.
- Address resource and knowledge gaps proactively.
- Coordinate global information flow to local teams and support business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or business.
- 5-7 years of experience in Product Development or Program Management.
- Experience in engineering, marketing, or new product development, preferably in Consumer Goods.
- Strong influencing and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with C-Suite, teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- High energy, positive attitude, and detail orientation.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations to large groups, including executives.
