Role OverviewExperience, Skills, and Qualifications required for the roleAt least 10+ years of experience in multi-country / locations transformation experiencePreferred experience in leading an LMS migration/implementation, preferably Docebo/Cornerstone/SumTotalEffective stakeholder management and proven experience in managing internal, external and partner stakeholdersEffective verbal and written communication skills to both frontline and executive audiencesAbility to translate concepts, summarize, and communicate complex ideas in a simple and straight-forward fashionProven experience managing multiple, high-impact priorities simultaneously, with minimal supervisionVery good interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills (written and oral)Strong organizational planning skills and understanding of program management conceptsResponsibilities:Work on the migration and implementation of a Learning Management System which provides training and enablement to sellers, Partners and CustomersSupport Leadership vision and assist with developing LMS Migration platform strategyDevelop project plan according to business requirements and execute multiple transformation initiatives to ensure that project activities are completed within expected timelinesCollaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across various teams to identify functional and system requirements and success criteria while helping drive cross-functional alignmentPartner with LMS vendor's Professional Services implementation team to successfully create configuration planRoutinely identify, assess, and develop mitigation plans for events that could impact the success of the programBuild in mitigation plans anticipating dependencies and risks, actively replan with product leads, and reset expectations throughout project deliveryBuild commitment with product leads and business partners to effectively address project risks and issuesHelps identify project/program bottlenecks and proactively communicates and monitors resolution
