Program ManagerJoin the TAPPP teamAs our Program Manager, you play a major role in launching our interactive panel product across several broadcasters. Our Program Manager will be the quarterback of new product launches. You will manage the relationship between TAPPP and various sportsbook and broadcast partners, developing strong relationships with our partners and ensure their long-term success on the TAPPP platform.

You are our partner's voice here at TAPPP and also the face of the TAPPP brand to our partners. This role is highly collaborative, working across Product, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Customer Service, and external teams. You'll join a dynamic and fast-paced international working environment.

At TAPPP, we have a culture of rolling up our sleeves and getting things done!ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for coordinating all aspects of new product launch, from integration and testing to marketing and data trackingForge, build and manage relationships with various levels of management across your accounts; and provide exceptional partner supportAnalyze performance metrics to get a better understanding of ROI and inform product decisionsDevelop actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns/programs by conducting in-depth data analysisConnect with accounts on a consistent basis to understand business opportunities and challenges; reporting internally on accounts' performance, growth metrics and business opportunitiesPartner with the Marketing team to execute brand positioning and key product initiatives; create and maintain deal sheets, web and merchandising assets and other distributor resources as neededWork with internal teams to improve processes with an eye toward improving partner experiencesRequirementsPrior experience in a similar role as a Program Manager, or program/project managerLearns quickly and thrives in a fast-paced environmentBe able to multi-task, prioritize ruthlessly, work under tight deadlines and execute quick product turnaroundBe solution-oriented with creative problem-solving skillsHas strong project management, communication and interpersonal skillsAnalyzes and interprets data to draw strategic recommendationsHas a high degree of organization, creativity, self-motivation and driveInterest in sports and gaming/betting is a bonus
