A leading financial services organization is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead enterprise Network Security and Infrastructure Security initiatives. This role will drive project delivery, governance, budgeting, risk management, and executive stakeholder engagement across critical security programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale network security projects involving firewalls, network segmentation, secure access, infrastructure security, and risk remediation.
- Manage project plans, budgets, forecasts, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate across Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Compliance teams.
- Provide executive status reporting and ensure adherence to PMO, security, and regulatory standards.
- Manage vendors, stakeholders, and project resources to ensure successful delivery and operational readiness.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience supporting Network Security, Cybersecurity, or Infrastructure initiatives.
- Experience leading complex technology projects in regulated environments.
- Strong skills in project governance, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
- PMP certification required.
Preferred
- Financial services or banking experience.
- Cybersecurity transformation, network modernization, or security remediation programs.
- Consulting background preferred.
- Pay rate could be 75/hr
