Program ManagerKoniag Tech and Infrastructure Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Program Manager with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KTIS and our customer at Stennis Space Center, MS. This role is responsible for the end-to-end programmatic management of data center programs, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, budget oversight, risk management, and delivery of technical and operational objectives.The ideal candidate brings proven experience managing complex IT infrastructure programs within DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) environments, with a deep understanding of data center operations, lifecycle management, and government program execution frameworks.This role is central to ensuring that data center programs are delivered on time, within scope, and in full compliance with government requirements and security mandates.

The Program Manager will serve as the primary interface between technical teams, government stakeholders, and senior leadership, driving program strategy, enforcing accountability, and ensuring mission success across the enterprise.Key Responsibilities:Lead full lifecycle program management for data center operations, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, execution, and closeoutServe as the primary point of contact for government customers, contracting officers, and senior leadership on all program mattersDevelop and maintain program documentation, including Program Management Plans (PMPs), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Risk Registers, and Status ReportsOversee day-to-day data center operations, including compute, storage, networking, cooling, power, and physical security infrastructureManage program budgets, track expenditures, and provide financial forecasting and variance reportingIdentify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, escalating critical items to appropriate stakeholders in a timely mannerCoordinate across cross-functional teams, including engineering, cybersecurity, logistics, and facilities to ensure integrated program deliveryEnsure all data center operations and program activities comply with DoD regulations, contractual requirements, and applicable security policiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize data center performance, availability, and operational efficiencySupport staffing, onboarding, and personnel management activities in coordination with HR and functional leadsFacilitate program reviews, technical exchanges, and executive briefings with government and senior leadership stakeholdersEnsure compliance with applicable frameworks including NIST, RMF, DoD STIGs, and IC security directivesRequired Experience:Minimum 8+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 3+ years managing data center or IT infrastructure programs in a DoD or IC environmentDemonstrated experience managing programs of record with multi-million dollar budgets and cross-functional teamsProven ability to manage government contracts and navigate federal acquisition and compliance requirementsStrong understanding of data center operations, including physical infrastructure, power/cooling systems, virtualization, and network architectureExperience with risk management, earned value management (EVM), and schedule development using tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, including NIST SP 800-53, RMF, and DoD STIG compliance requirementsExperience briefing senior government officials and executive leadership on program status, risks, and performanceEducation:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (required)Master's degree in a related field (preferred)DoD 8140 Certification Requirements:Must meet DoD 8140 baseline requirements applicable to the program management and IT leadership function:One or more of the following required:CompTIA Security+GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)SSCPCASP+CISSPRequired Professional Certifications:Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMICompTIA Security+Preferred Certifications / Training:ITIL FoundationCertified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)Data Center Certified Associate (DCCA) or equivalentCertified Data Centre Professional (CDCP)Agile/SAFe Program Consultant certificationDesired Attributes:Strong understanding of mission-critical government data center environments and operational requirementsDemonstrated ability to lead geographically distributed, cross-functional teams in high-security environmentsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level briefings and program artifactsAbility to balance strategic program planning with hands-on operational oversight and problem resolutionStrong interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with government customers, contractors, and internal stakeholdersHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environmentCommitment to accountability, transparency, and delivering results within a structured program management frameworkClearance Requirements:TS/SCI security clearance required - candidates will not be considered without an active TS/SCI clearance.Our Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
