Program Manager For IT SFPA SystemsThe Program Manager for IT SFPA Systems is responsible for managing delivery of scope for all Information Technology services for Amtrak’s Real Estate Department called Stations, Facilities, Properties & Accessibility (SFPA) for projects such as Lease Management System, Facilities Management Mobile App, Vertical Transportation Monitoring System, Space Management System, and Construction Management.At least 7 years of experience in project / program management of Real Estate Management integrated solutions that enable an organization to effectively manage a real estate portfolio.Must have expert knowledge of Real Estate Management solutions integration with back-end financials and use the latest digital technologies to improve real estate portfolio performance, building management, lease administration and accounting.Professional demeanor with strong communication/presentation skillsPMP Certification preferredAbility to multi-task and to work under pressure
