Program Manager - Marketing Science

To support cross-functional planning and execution, the full-time temporary Program Manager - Marketing Science will manage day-to-day operations for incentive programs and marketing science initiatives remotely, focusing on stakeholder coordination, progress tracking, and documentation. Key responsibilities Support program planning and execution across multiple workstreams, managing timelines, dependencies, and issue resolution Coordinate with internal partners to align on requirements, deliverables, and success metrics Drive program operating rhythms, including status reporting and documentation maintenance Required qualifications 5-7 years of experience in program or project management supporting cross-functional initiatives 2-3 years of experience with basic SQL and dashboard development 2-3 years of experience in incentive program planning and operations 2-3 years of marketing science experience, including familiarity with measurement concepts High School Diploma or equivalent education
