Program Manager

This position is a hands-on leadership role, combining portfolio oversight, team development, performance management, and executive-level project reporting. The Program Lead ensures projects follow the utility's processes and financial policies, establishes consistent delivery standards across the team, leads portfolio review discussions, and helps align project execution with business priorities, resource availability, and outage requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Project Management services for assigned portfolio of projects, from project development to project closeout.
• Oversee assigned Transmission Projects by implementing all the company’s processes and procedures and interfacing with company personnel and various project stakeholders.
• Execute Project Management tasks according to the Project Lifecycle and within all the company’s corporate guidelines, including corporate financial capital policies.
• Develop and maintain training/onboarding material to support consistency across team members.
• Report on company project status and health of their portfolio of projects.
• Facilitate portfolio review of project sequencing based on priority, material availability, project synergies with other projects, and outage availability.
• Create RFPs (bid support) on behalf of the utility for contracted services, as needed.
