In this role, you'll organize complex projects from RFQ to completion, coordinating internal experts, external partners, and customer needs to ensure smooth execution and transform ideas into real-world products.Why This Role MattersOur Program Management function is critical to ensuring projects succeed and exceed expectations. As Program Manager, you will:Organize complex projects from RFQ to completionServe as the central communication hub for customers, internal teams, and suppliersTranslate customer requirements into clear, actionable project plansAnticipate and resolve issues to maintain project timing and customer satisfactionDrive continuous improvement in workflows and cross-functional problem-solvingWhat You'll DoPartner with sales and technical teams to review RFQs and assess manufacturing feasibilityCoordinate with subject matter experts and vendors to generate accurate, timely quotesTranslate customer requirements into clear, actionable project plans, defining scope and timelinesServe as the central communication hub, aligning customers, internal teams, and suppliersTrack project status from kick-off to completion, ensuring milestones are met and deadlines achievedAnticipate and resolve issues to maintain project timing and customer satisfaction, providing regular updates to stakeholdersWork closely with internal facilities and third-party providers to track production progress and ensure quality and timelinesBuild trust as the customer's primary point of contact, delivering proactive communication and capturing feedback for improvementsSupport cross-functional problem-solving and relay insights to drive continuous enhancement in workflowsWhat We're Looking For5-7 years of program or project management experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a related industryStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills with a customer-first mindsetIntermediate understanding of manufacturing processes (experience with 3D printing, CNC machining, or injection molding a plus)Intermediate level experience with Office 365 productsEngineering drawing interpretation (GD&T)Experience with HubSpot, NetSuite, Monday.com, or similar toolsWhy You'll Love It HereInnovate with Impact: Combine cutting-edge technology with a customer-focused approach to bring manufacturing solutions to lifeGrowth-Driven Culture: Be empowered to collaborate, problem-solve, and drive results in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentCustomer-Centric Mission: Play a critical role in ensuring projects succeed and exceed expectationsCollaborative Team: Join experts passionate about transforming ideas into real-world products through precision and efficiencyCelebrate Your Strengths!We believe that understanding your natural behavioral style helps ensure success for both you and Quickparts.
