The company is targeting $50 billion in annual revenue within the decade through accretive acquisitions and organic growth.The Program Manager, Learning Operations serves as the owner of the learning intake framework, governance model, and supporting tools that enable consistent and scalable management of training demand across QXO.The role is responsible for designing, maintaining, and overseeing the intake process and decision framework that guides how work is assessed and routed based on complexity, priority, and capacity. This role does not directly determine outcomes, but ensures that the system, criteria, and workflows are functioning effectively, consistently, and transparently.This role brings structure, visibility, and execution discipline across both instructional design and content production. In addition, it plays a key role in supporting M&A integration by translating acquired learning content, systems, and programs into structured execution plans aligned with enterprise standards.Intake & GovernanceOwn the end-to-end intake framework and tools for all training requestsMaintain the decision framework guiding routing by complexity, priority, and capacityEnsure consistent execution with clear escalation paths and governanceProgram Management & ExecutionTranslate learning demand into structured execution plansManage timelines, milestones, and cross-functional dependenciesTrack delivery against strategic objectives and commitmentsDecision Framework OwnershipDesign and continuously refine the intake decision tree and routing logicEnsure criteria are clearly defined, documented, and applied consistentlyMonitor effectiveness and recommend improvements based on outcomesM&A Learning IntegrationAssess incoming learning content, systems, and programs from acquisitionsDevelop integration roadmaps aligned to QXO standards and prioritiesCoordinate execution across L&D, HRIS, and shared servicesPMO Alignment & ToolingLeverage HR Operations PMO tools, including Monday.comImplement and maintain workflows, SLAs, and tracking mechanismsProvide reporting on intake, throughput, and delivery performanceStakeholder PartnershipServe as interface between HR Operations, L&D, and business stakeholdersPartner closely with L&D leadership to support strategic prioritiesDrive clarity on processes, roles, and expectations across the operating modelSuccess Measures:Clear visibility and control over enterprise learning demandConsistent and effective operation of the intake and governance modelImproved speed, throughput, and predictability of training deliveryEffective routing of work based on complexity and business impactSuccessful integration of acquired learning programs and contentExperience:• Experience in program management, PMO, or HR operations within a complex organization• Proven ability to design and manage structured workflows and governance models• Experience with intake frameworks, prioritization models, or service delivery operations• Experience within learning and development environments and content types• Experience supporting M&A integration is a strong plusSkills & Capabilities:• Strong operational discipline and structured thinking• Ability to design, implement, and manage scalable processes• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills• Comfort working with data, reporting, and workflow tools• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environmentWhat you'll earn:401(k) with employer matchMedical, dental, and vision insurancePTO, company holidays, and parental leavePaid training and certificationsLegal assistance and identity protectionPet insuranceEmployee assistance program (EAP)QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
