Program Manager, Learning & Development

To support a growing healthcare organization, the part-time Program Manager, Learning & Development will transform business needs into effective learning solutions, align programs with strategic goals, and manage program timelines and budgets while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging learning programs based on the needs of learners using various modalities Build meaningful relationships with stakeholders and oversee the execution of educational offerings Evaluate program effectiveness through surveys and feedback, and implement improvements as needed Required qualifications 5 years of program management or project management experience required Bachelor's degree in Organizational Design, Business Administration, or related field required Experience with Learning Management Systems and content authoring tools preferred Knowledge of effective learning and development methods Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
