Program ManagerOak Grove Technologies, LLC, a dynamic and fast-growing federal contractor, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager. The Program Manager is responsible for overall leadership, management, and execution of the MACC-TTE program. This role serves as the primary point of authority for all contractor activities, ensuring successful delivery of program objectives across scope, cost, and schedule while supporting high-level government stakeholders.Location: Camp Atterbury (Edinburgh, IN) and Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (Butlerville, IN)Oak Grove Technologies is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business based in Raleigh, NC, with a Test and Training Center located near Fort Bragg and Camp Mackall.

Driven by its mission-focused approach, the company seeks top talent to develop impactful solutions.Oak Grove Technologies offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the authorized representative of the contractor with full authority to act on all matters related to the Task OrderProvide overall management and direction of MACC-TTE operations, including oversight of all contractor and subcontractor personnelPlan, execute, and monitor all program activities to ensure alignment with mission objectivesManage program scope, cost, and schedule, and coordinate priorities and resources across multiple projectsDevelop, maintain, and update program plans, schedules, and status reportsPrepare and present reports for testing, training, and experimentation eventsTrack, analyze, and report key performance metrics as directed by the governmentDevelop program documentation and implement lessons learned to improve performanceConduct tours, briefings, and presentations for senior state and national-level leadershipRepresent the program at national-level working groups, planning conferences, and stakeholder engagementsEngage with senior leadership across the Joint Staff, Department of the Army, National Guard Bureau, and other high-level organizationsRequired QualificationsMaster's degree in Program Management, Project Management, Business Management, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)One of the following certifications required:Project Management Professional (PMP)Program Management Professional (PgMP)Level III Program Management Certification from Defense Acquisition UniversityRequired ExperienceMinimum 10 years of experience in Program Management, or senior-level DoD/defense industry experienceExperience working directly with senior DoD leadershipSenior-level experience defined as:Military field grade officer or above, orSenior Non-Commissioned Officer (E-8 or above), orDoD civilian at GS-13 level or higherExperience managing enterprise-level technology programsMinimum 5 years of experience managing cyber range or IT/OT technology programsWorking knowledge of DoD cyber test range platforms, infrastructure, and associated hardwareSkillsStrong leadership and organizational management capabilitiesExpertise in program execution across complex, multi-project environmentsExcellent communication and briefing skills for senior leadership audiencesAbility to manage competing priorities and drive strategic outcomesAnalytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting performance metricsSecurity Clearance Requirements:U.S.
