Channel Contract Program ManagerThis position will be responsible for managing the day to day contract and legal request from the indirect channel. This includes creating and communicating contract creation, termination and changes. This also includes working with legal to develop contracting templates, standardizing processes and track and project manage legal questions and request from sales, partners and program managers. Position will collaborate with external partners, client sales, marketing, legal, IT, sales operations and other teams to drive a successful program. This position will require the ability to work in a fast, results-driven environment while maintaining a longer term strategic perspective of client’s goals in the Indirect Channel.Manage day to day contract management functions and projects. Creates, manages and communicates new, termination and changes to Indirect contracts. Collaborates with legal to develop contracting templates, standardizing processes Track and project manage legal questions and request from sales, partners and program managers. Manage contract impacts from new program and product launches Coordinates with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of contract execution and changes. Such as Partners, operations, finance, marketing, Legal, Global Commissions and sales departments.3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience in contract management and project management Strong written communication skills Excellent organization, problem solving and time management skills, with strong attention to detail Able to communicate effectively with peers and leaders and provide recommendations and direct feedback Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently, manage competing priorities, and prioritize work independently Ability to manage deliverable schedules, consistently ensuring that key responsibilities are met and that dependencies and implications are well understood Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across various teams and functions to move projects forward.
Experience presenting and advising internal and external stakeholders Minimum Bachelor’s degree Advanced experience in Microsoft & G Suite applications Paralegal experience Experience working on Channel partner programs Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
