Ensures organizational adherence to FAR/DFARS/NMCARS to include NSWC Crane Acquisition Quality Assurance GuideProvides recommendations concerning policies and procedures to ensure adherence to the Regulations and Directives for both FAR and Non-FAR based requirementsLiaison between resource sponsors, program/project managers, their staff and the US Navy contracting department
