Program Manager Mid-Atlantic South Construction Control CenterMust Have Skills (Most Important):Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience in telecommunications operations (outside plant to include: copper, fiber and/or design services).Three or more years of relevant work experience in telecommunications construction and/or engineeringExperience with project or program management in the telecommunications industry.Experience with Microsoft Excel.Job Duties:Own program execution to obtain meet or exceed construction build targets and drive prioritized strategy.Establish baseline project start and end dates for Engineering Work Orders.Establish baseline package start and end dates for Engineering Work Orders.Identify baseline garage assignment for Engineering Work Orders.Own scheduling and loading of all Construction Work.Ensure quality of the overall scope of processes/programs through constant monitoring, control and auditing of the various Construction activities.Drive close collaboration and partnership with stakeholders; engineering, operations and operations centers and other cross functional teams and partners.Ensure early identification of issues, determine potential resolutions, obtain the appropriate resources, communicate status, track and resolve them in a timely manner.Partner with all levels in the organization to drive construction efficiency improvements.Education or Certifications (Desired):Certified Project ManagerBA/BS in Business ManagementDegree in Telecommunications and/or Project ManagementLogistics:6.00 AM to 3.00 PM (Hours may vary between 6.00 AM to 5.00 PM)
