Program Manager (Hybrid)Duration: 6 Months (with possible extension) Location: On-site at Chicago, IL 60603 HYBRID - 4 Days onsite a week Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with 7.5 hours per day Only W2 candidates are eligible for this position. Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered.Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate a complex program consisting of parallel workstreams. This role is responsible for ensuring alignment across teams, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and delivering the program on time, within scope, and within budget.

The Program Manager will act as the central point of governance, communication, and execution oversight.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & GovernanceOwn end-to-end delivery of the program spanning parallel workstreamsDefine and implement program governance structure, cadence, and reportingEstablish program roadmap, milestones, and success metricsEnsure alignment with organizational strategy and business outcomesWorkstream CoordinationCoordinate across parallel workstream leads to ensure integrated executionManage interdependencies, sequencing, and resource conflictsFacilitate cross-team collaboration and decision-makingTrack progress and ensure consistency in delivery standardsPlanning & ExecutionDevelop and maintain integrated program plan and timelineMonitor execution against milestones and KPIsEnsure adherence to scope, budget, and quality standardsDrive issue resolution and remove blockersRisk & Issue ManagementIdentify, assess, and mitigate program-level risksMaintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logEscalate critical issues to stakeholders with mitigation strategiesStakeholder ManagementEngage senior leadership and key stakeholders regularlyProvide transparent status reporting and executive updatesAlign business and technical teams on priorities and outcomesFinancial & Resource ManagementManage program budget and track financial performanceEnsure optimal allocation of resources across workstreamsForecast resource needs and adjust as requiredCommunication & ReportingCreate executive dashboards and status reportsRun program steering committee meetingsEnsure clear and consistent communication across all levelsRequired Qualifications8–12+ years of experience in program/project managementProven experience managing large, complex programs with multiple workstreams (5+ preferred)Strong understanding of program governance and delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)Experience managing cross-functional teams (business + technology)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies, and ambiguityPreferred QualificationsPMP, PgMP, or equivalent certificationExperience in enterprise transformation programs (e.g.
